Service Description

The Solar Plexus chakra, also known as Manipura, is the third of the body’s energy centers and is located in the upper abdomen just above the naval. It is associated with the element of fire and is our center of personal power, self-esteem, your will and action. In this group healing experience, you will be gently guided through a meditation designed to help you visualize and connect with the energy of the solar plexus chakra. Toward the end of the session, you will be invited to sit or lie comfortably while I offer focused healing to this energy center. The session integrates the benefits of vibrational Reiki healing alongside the modality of Quantum healing. Unlike individual sessions, group healings draw upon the collective energy of the participants, which can enhance and amplify the overall healing experience. This healing is beneficial to all whether you are experiencing an imbalance or not. It is designed to stimulate this energy center and support a healthy flow of energy. This healing will take place in a group via zoom and will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session.
