Service Description
In this class we will cover, Reiki principles, history and benefits, Reiki hand positions for healing self, foundational energy management, and an introduction to chakras. Students will receive a level one attunement and Reiki one guidebook. Class will include weekly email check-in's for 1 month post class date.
