The Crown Chakra is called the Sahasrara in Sanskrit which is translated as, “Infinite”. It is your 7th chakra located at the crown of your head. This chakra is said to represent consciousness itself. It governs your spiritual awareness and your connection to something greater than yourself. When the crown chakra is balanced, life feels meaningful, guided, and deeply interconnected. When the crown chakra is out of balance, we often feel a sense of disconnection—from yourself, from life, and purpose. In many cases, a blocked crown chakra can be a result of exhaustion, disillusionment, or an overidentification with thought and control. During this healing, you will be guided through a meditation to help you connect with your crown chakra. I will then invite you to sit or lie silently as I perform energy healing to support balance, ease, and overall well-being. This is a group healing, accessing the energy of the collective, which may amplify the healing experience. During the session, I incorporate the gentle yet powerful vibration of Reiki along with the innovative principles of quantum energy healing. This healing is intended to support you whether you are currently feeling an imbalance or just want to focus on your third eye for to promote balance and opening of this energy center. The session will take place in a group setting via Zoom and will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session.
