For centuries, shamanic journeying has been utilized to connect with the unseen world to gain wisdom and insight from our helping spirits. To journey, one listens to the rhythmic sound of the drum or rattle to enter a trance like state to connect with this unseen world.
​During this class you start by sipping on some drinking chocolate to open up your heart and spirit, then you will be guided on three shamanic journeys, where you will meet your artist spirit, a spirit animal, and to retrieve a power symbol. In between each journey we will pause to journal our experience and share with one another. After journeying we will then paint and collage what we perceived.
​Please bring a journal, a yoga mat to lie on, a sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes, a blanket or anything else to keep you cozy and a little something to place on the altar. A canvass board, and art supplies will be provided.

The Heart chakra or Anahata, is the fourth chakra and is located in the center of the chest in the heart region. It is connected to our emotional self, bringing forth harmony, compassion and love of ourselves and others. When in balance, we feel joy, forgiveness and gratitude. When out of balance, we may feel loneliness, bitterness, and feel disconnected from our emotional self.
During this group healing, I will first guide you through a meditation connecting you with your fourth chakra. After the meditation, I will invite you to sit or lie silently as I perform an energy healing on your heart chakra to bring this center into harmony increasing your capacity to love.
Unlike individual sessions, the group healing harnesses the collective energy which amplifies the effect of the healing. During the session I incorporate the gentle yet powerful vibration of Reiki along with the innovative principles of quantum energy healing.
This session can benefit all whether you are feeling out of harmony or just ready to expand your capacity for love. It will promote emotional balance, deepen self-awareness and cultivate compassion in a supportive group environment. Join to experience healing and harmony as you are guided on your journey toward heart-centered well-being.
