The Sacral Chakra, also known as Svadhishthana, is the second of the body’s energy centers and is located in the lower abdomen just below the naval. It is associated with the element of water and plays a crucial role in our emotional well-being, creativity and sexuality. It governs our ability to connect with others, express ourselves freely and experience pleasure.
In this group healing experience, you will be gently guided through a meditation designed to help you visualize and connect with the energy of the sacral chakra. Toward the end of the session, you will be invited to sit or lie comfortably while I offer focused healing to this energy center, supporting emotional stability, creative expression, and enjoyment of life.
The session integrates the benefits of vibrational Reiki healing alongside the modality of Quantum Light Healing. Unlike individual sessions, group healings draw upon the collective energy of the participants, which can enhance and amplify the overall healing experience.
This healing will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session.
This healing will be beneficial to everyone whether you are experiencing an imbalance or not. The intention of this session is to activate this energy center, and support a healthy flow of energy.
This will take place in a group setting via Zoom. A link will be sent to registrants before the session.
