The Root Chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the first of the body’s energy centers and is located at the base of the spine in the pelvic region. It serves as our foundation, anchoring us to our physical existence and supporting feelings of stability, safety, and grounding. When the root chakra is balanced, it nurtures vitality and fosters a sense of calm and security in daily life. An imbalance, however, may show up as feeling scattered, disconnected, or lacking self-confidence. It is also commonly associated with challenges around finances, excess clutter, and physical discomfort in the lower body.
In this group healing experience, you will be gently guided through a meditation designed to help you visualize and connect with the energy of the root chakra. Toward the end of the session, you will be invited to sit or lie comfortably while I offer focused healing to this energy center, supporting grounding, inner security, and deep relaxation.

The session integrates the benefits of vibrational Reiki healing alongside the modality of Quantum Light Healing. Unlike individual sessions, group healings draw upon the collective energy of the participants, which can enhance and amplify the overall healing experience.

This healing will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session.

Root chakra healing is beneficial for everyone, whether or not you are currently experiencing an imbalance. The intention of this session is to ground you, activate this foundational energy center, and support balance, stability, and overall well-being.
