The Mystic Moon Full Moon Ceremony is an invitation to gather in community, honor the energy of the Full Moon, and reflect on the wisdom of nature’s cycles. Each ceremony is thoughtfully attuned to the unique name of the full moon and the zodiac sign it moves through. Throughout the evening, we are guided through meditation, reflection, shared insight, and ritual, creating intentional lists of what we are ready to release and what we wish to call into our lives. Under the open sky, we offer these lists to the fire in a symbolic act of letting go and manifestation. The evening closes with oracle cards, allowing each person to receive a message, affirmation, or gentle guidance from the universe. Bring your journal/sketchbook.

Soul Seeds is an online New Moon Intention Circle to pause, turn inward, and consciously plant seeds for the lunar cycle ahead.
Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and intention setting, you will be invited to connect with what is ready to begin, the qualities you want to embody, and one meaningful step you can take in support of your intentions. You will create a personal New Moon Intention Card to keep and revisit as the month unfolds.
This is a supportive, judgment-free space for reflection, renewal, and connection. Sharing is always optional, and you are welcome exactly as you are. Please bring a journal, pen, candle or meaningful object, and an open heart.

The Crown Chakra is called the Sahasrara in Sanskrit which is translated as, “Infinite”. It is your 7th chakra located at the crown of your head. This chakra is said to represent consciousness itself. It governs your spiritual awareness and your connection to something greater than yourself.
When the crown chakra is balanced, life feels meaningful, guided, and deeply interconnected.
When the crown chakra is out of balance, we often feel a sense of disconnection—from yourself, from life, and purpose. In many cases, a blocked crown chakra can be a result of exhaustion, disillusionment, or an overidentification with thought and control.
During this healing, you will be guided through a meditation to help you connect with your crown chakra. I will then invite you to sit or lie silently as I perform energy healing to support balance, ease, and overall well-being.
This is a group healing, accessing the energy of the collective, which may amplify the healing experience. During the session, I incorporate the gentle yet powerful vibration of Reiki along with the innovative principles of quantum energy healing.
This healing is intended to support you whether you are currently feeling an imbalance or just want to focus on your third eye for to promote balance and opening of this energy center.
The session will take place in a group setting via Zoom and will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session. A link will be sent to registrants before the session.

Deepen your Reiki journey with the level II certification and Attunement. Focus will be on healing others on a Reiki table. You will learn the 3 level II Reiki symbols and be introduced to distance healing.
This will be a two-day hybrid session with day one in-person at The Arlington Center in Arlington, MA and day two online via Zoom.

For centuries, shamanic journeying has been utilized to connect with the unseen world to gain wisdom and insight from our helping spirits. To journey, one listens to the rhythmic sound of the drum or rattle to enter a trance like state to connect with this unseen world.
During this class you will be guided on three shamanic journeys, where you will meet your artist spirit, a spirit animal, and to retrieve a power symbol. In between each journey we will pause to journal our experience and share with one another. After journeying we will then paint and collage what we perceived.
Please bring a journal, a yoga mat to lie on, a sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes, a blanket or anything else to keep you cozy and a little something to place on the altar. A canvass board, and art supplies will be provided.
No previous journey or art experience required.

A two-day mask making and self-reflection workshop

What if you could hold your authentic self in your hands? In this two-day workshop, we'll mold plaster masks of our own faces, then decorate them to symbolically reveal the truest version of ourselves — the one often hidden beneath daily roles and expectations.
Through guided meditation, journaling, and honest conversation, we'll explore what authenticity really means and what gets in the way of living it. We'll close with a heartfelt unveiling circle, where each person shares the story their mask tells. No art experience needed — just a willingness to look beneath the surface.

Come experience the powerful combination of a Reiki + Sound Bath Healing. Sound healing uses instruments like crystal bowls and gongs to create vibrations that guide your brainwaves into a deep, meditative state. Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique where a practitioner channels energy to promote relaxation and healing. When brought together, these two modalities create a uniquely powerful and holistic therapeutic experience.
This is an opportunity to reset, renew and restore. Joe Belanger will be providing sound healing with resonant frequencies created by using gongs and bowls. During the session Devlin O’Malley will guide you into a relaxed state and then provide both group healing and come around offering individual healing to participants.
