The Third eye Chakra is called the Anja in Sanskrit which is translated as, “Perception”. It is your 6th chakra located at the between the brows in the center of the head and is considered your gateway to higher consciousness. Sharing the same space as the pineal and pituitary glands, it is known as the seat of the mind and is your center of clarity and focus, psychic sight, inner wisdom, and divine knowing.
When our third eye is open, we can see reality and ourselves clearly. We have the ability to self-reflect, have keen perception, and emotional balance.
Symptoms of a blocked third eye chakra are:
· Lack of intuition
· Brain Fog or Memory issues
· Overthinking
· Poor concentration
· Headaches
A blocked third eye chakar often leaves people feeling stuck in logic, unable to trust their instincts and see the bigger picture.
During this healing, you will be guided through a meditation to help you connect with your third eye. I will then invite you to sit or lie silently as I perform energy healing to support balance, ease, and overall well-being.
This is a group healing, accessing the energy of the collective, which may amplify the healing experience. During the session, I incorporate the gentle yet powerful vibration of Reiki along with the innovative principles of quantum energy healing.
This healing is intended to support you whether you are currently feeling an imbalance or just want to focus on your third eye for to promote balance and opening of this energy center.
The session will take place in a group setting via Zoom and will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session. A link will be sent to registrants before the session.
