Intuitive energy healing
A 1 hour Intuitive energy session will incorporate a few different healing modalities depending on your personal needs and circumstances. These may include Reiki, Chakra work, Quantum light work and Shamanic healing such as soul retrieval, removal of energetic blocks, or power animal work. At the end of the session I share any intuitive messages I received and may provide suggestions for your personal energy management.
Can be performed in-person or virtually via zoom.

A 30-minute session is designed to focus exclusively on the nurturing, restorative energy of Reiki. Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing modality that harnesses universal life force energy, allowing a steady flow of positive energy into ones body. Performed with hands on or hovering slightly above the body, it promotes self-healing, relaxation, and brings energy flow to parts of the body where there may be blocked or stagnant flow.
