The throat chakra, known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit, is the fifth chakra and is located at the base of the throat near the larynx. It is associated with the color blue, which symbolizes clarity, and with the element of ether, which represents space, vastness, and purification. This energy center is often known as the center of communication and truth, supporting authentic self-expression and serving as a channel for your inner truth to be expressed outwardly. Communication, however, encompasses more than verbal speech. It also includes body language, listening, and the ability to receive and express truth with openness. A balanced throat chakra supports honest, confident communication and allows emotions to flow more freely. Imbalances may appear as either underactive or overactive expression and may manifest in the following ways: • Trouble putting words to thoughts • Not truly listening to others • Social anxiety • Talking over others • Physical discomfort in your throat or neck During this healing, I will first guide you through a meditation to help you connect with your throat chakra. I will then invite you to sit or lie silently as I perform energy healing on this energy center to support balance, ease, and overall well-being. Unlike individual sessions, group healing harnesses the collective energy of the group, which may amplify the healing experience. During the session, I incorporate the gentle yet powerful vibration of Reiki along with the innovative principles of quantum energy healing. This healing is intended to support you whether you are currently feeling an imbalance or simply wish to deepen your connection with your authentic inner voice. It may help promote healthier communication, greater clarity, and a sense of harmony within. Join us for a gentle, restorative experience designed to support your journey toward spiritual well-being. The session will take place in a group setting via Zoom and will be recorded and shared afterward for those who are unable to attend live or who wish to revisit the session.
