Soul Seeds is an online New Moon Intention Circle to pause, turn inward, and consciously plant seeds for the lunar cycle ahead. Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and intention setting, you will be invited to connect with what is ready to begin, the qualities you want to embody, and one meaningful step you can take in support of your intentions. You will create a personal New Moon Intention Card to keep and revisit as the month unfolds. This is a supportive, judgment-free space for reflection, renewal, and connection. Sharing is always optional, and you are welcome exactly as you are. Please bring a journal, pen, candle or meaningful object, and an open heart.
